HGI-01 Oil-Gas Corrosion Inhibitor is composed of home-grown composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt and Thiourea as main ingredients and other auxiliaries. It is water soluble film corrosion inhibitor. It can be applicable for petroleum and natural gas exploitation and gathering & transportation to protect pipelines inner surface corrosion. It has good performance for mostly CO₂ system with/without a certain concentration of H₂S, etc. as well as high concentration mineral salt water corrosion environment. It can make carbon steel corrosion rate lower than 0.076 g/m².h under a certain partial pressure when the use concentration is 50 mg/L or lower. It can prevent the carbon steel from hydrogen embrittlement or pitting. It also has good heat stability and chemical stability. It has broad use range.
